Staying at a healthy weight

     Maintaining a healthy body weight depending on your size and age is important to feel well emotionally and physically.   5. I think weight is always relative. Some people might be heavier because of their bones constitution they may have muscle weight. While others may weight the same but it can be fat. This is why we need to maintain a healthy diet.
